We are excited to share the story of the partnership between Jon Ward of Melbourne Mortgage Advice and John Waters of JC Lending Solutions, which began in May 2021.
Why the partnership?
This partnership was formed to ensure our clients continue receiving the same quality advice and personal care they’ve always enjoyed. As Jon Ward has stepped back from the day-to-day writing of loans, his focus has shifted more toward guiding the business from a managerial perspective. This allows him to stay involved while ensuring his clients remain well supported.

Jon Ward's career began in 1992 working in International Finance & Trade for Westpac before moving across to ANZ Bank where he worked in several roles culminating in a managerial posting. Having seen the decline of relationship banking unfold during the 90's Jon was one of the 'early adopters' when the mortgage broking industry began. Since building the foundations of Melbourne Mortgage Advice in 1999, Jon has helped thousands of people achieve their property dreams.
